Every research center of a social nature (governmental, non-profit, private) has the right to join the Council after agreeing to the Council’s terms and conditions.
Each member has the right to submit his proposals to the Council’s secretary for discussion if they are consistent with the Council’s mission and objectives.
Membership of the Council shall be permanent, unless the entity submits a request to withdraw from the Council or if the entity fails to comply with the Council’s regulations and decisions.
