The National Center for Social Studies and Research and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, represented by the Community Development Agency, signed a memorandum of understanding and joint cooperation on Wednesday, 3/12/1444 AH, corresponding to 21/6/2023, at the Ministry's headquarters in Riyadh. The signing was attended by Prof. Dr. Sami bin Abdulaziz Al-Damgh, Director General of the Center, and Mr. Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Majed, Deputy Minister for Community Development. The memorandum reflects the parties' belief in the importance of strengthening cooperation and benefiting from available capabilities to empower individuals, communities and institutions, enhance social responsibility, improve services through the development of policies and legislation in youth development, provide a distinguished beneficiary experience, and contribute to Saudi Vision 2030 and its goal of building a vibrant and empowered society.&nbsp
