The National Center for Social Studies and Research conducted twelve specialized workshops over three days to discuss twelve professional procedure guides for social care homes affiliated with the Ministry of Labor and Social Development. The guides are intended to regulate and standardize professional procedures in these homes in a manner that ensures quality and consistent practice. Mr. Mohammed bin Yahya bin Junaid, Director of Research and Consulting at the Center, noted the Center's commitment to organizing the twelve workshops with specialists and relevant stakeholders in order to review and discuss the guides, ensure their alignment with the expectations of target and beneficiary groups, improve quality, and enhance the work environment in the care homes. The guides were developed from a comprehensive national study aimed at evaluating the performance of residential institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Labor and Social Development across the Kingdom.
