The National Center for Social Studies and Research signed a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Association for Social Studies under the patronage and in the presence of Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, Minister of Social Affairs and Chairman of the Center's Board of Directors. The memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al-Nassar, Director General of the Center, and Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Dakhil, Chairman of the Saudi Association for Social Studies. The memorandum reflects the Center's intention to implement a specialized qualification program for male and female researchers by giving at least six social researchers the opportunity to travel to the United States, participate in an intensive course on social research methodologies, and visit specialized social research centers to develop their experience and knowledge. Under the memorandum, both parties will cooperate, coordinate and integrate their activities to achieve shared objectives related to social studies and research through the exchange of scientific expertise, invitations to professional activities, and the establishment of scientific and research databases.&nbsp
