The National Center for Social Studies and Research signed a memorandum of understanding with the Crime Research Center at the Ministry of Interior under the patronage and in the presence of Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, Minister of Social Affairs and Chairman of the Center's Board of Directors. The memorandum was signed by Dr. Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al-Nassar, Director General of the National Center for Social Studies and Research, and Dr. Dha'ar bin Naif bin Mihya, General Supervisor of the Crime Research Center. The memorandum aims to strengthen social security by making use of scientific studies and research to reduce crime, avoid its risks to society, contribute to reforming individuals with criminal tendencies, and strengthen awareness of the importance of security. Dr. Al-Nassar stated that the memorandum reflects cooperation and a shared understanding of development needs and national priorities, with the Center acting as a social expertise house that provides information and proposes solutions to problems and phenomena related to social security. The parties will work together on security and social issues through studies, research, scientific consultations and exchange of advice, information and data of mutual interest, with joint studies and research projects funded by agreement between the parties.&nbsp
