National Center for Social Research Concludes Workshops Evaluating Professional Procedure Guides

The National Center for Social Studies and Research concluded the final specialized workshops on evaluating professional procedure guides for social care homes affiliated with the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, with the participation of specialists and relevant stakeholders.
The Center conducted twelve specialized workshops over three days to discuss twelve professional procedure guides for social care homes. The guides aim to regulate and standardize professional procedures in a manner that ensures quality and consistent practice. Mohammed bin Yahya bin Junaid, Director of Research and Consulting at the Center, emphasized the Center's commitment to involving specialists and stakeholders in reviewing and discussing the guides to ensure they meet the expectations of target groups and beneficiaries, improve quality, and enhance the work environment in the care homes. The guides were developed from a comprehensive national study aimed at evaluating the performance of residential institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Labor and Social Development across the Kingdom.
