The Partnerships and Cooperation Program (Tawasul) aims to build relationships based on partnerships, and exchange expertise, experiences and information with government agencies, not-for-profit institutions, research centers and specialized studies in order to raise the efficiency and effectiveness of services, programs and development projects in the social policy field.
